A hearty thanks to Dermacal,  Doug and Ron for the treatment they provided to me.  I feel better and believe I am on my way to finding my own best game not hindered by a shoulder that earlier had hacks awed me with pain.   Dermacal's Pain Cream is a much better option than the scalpel of the orthopedic surgeon or of pain medication that can invite a person and to become a menace either to themselves and to society.
