Dermacal Pain Cream & Lotion Skin Care + is our best by far, 12 to 24 hours is common and some get 36 hours with one single application.   Use the cream for difficult problems like back and knee problems, lack of movement, any really serious problem.  For lesser problems like Arthritis, use our lotion as it will cover a larger area and cost less in the long run.  Major Arthritis problems like frozen joints we suggest cream, only because it will put more of the active ingredients over the afflicted area.  When putting on our cream or lotion we suggest you surround the area as this will work from all directions.  Example is the knee put it completely around the knee both front, back and sides.
